SMA Building & Maintenance Solution Ltd was formed in 2019 by Suzanne Mary Ackland based in Gloucester.
With a small team including her sister Anne and former Quantity Surveyor / commercial pilot, Alex Wood they quickly gained a client base and grew the business giving the foundation to where the business is today.
In 2022 the business introduced several new directors and an office manager providing vast experience to achieve its expansion plans.

The Business has seen sales grow from £750 thousand pounds per annum to £3.3 million pounds in less than a 12-month period.
With our first development purchased which we will complete early 2024 we would anticipate sales increasing to £7.5 million pounds.
We have strengthened our team with experienced Mangers.
